We do NOT require annual maintenance service contacts like other basement waterproofing companies do.
The pumps we install have 3-year manufacturer warranties. However, it’s a good idea, like anything mechanical in your home, to check them periodically. At least two (2) times a year. Along with checking your sump pump, we will do a complete inspection of the following.
B-Dry offers service calls to:
- Test your pumps (replace if needed)
- Ensure they are working properly
- Check the age of last replacement
- Test the check-valves (one way valves for water discharge)
- Test the battery backup (if applicable)
- Test the wifi water alarm (if applicable)
- Test the discharge lines
- Test dehumidifier and provide annual maintenance as needed
