The B-Dry System is not simply another waterproofing solution. Rather, it is a patented system that was formally awarded U.S. Patent Nos. 4,612,742 and 4,590,722 in 1986. Since its introduction in 1958, this system has been used in the waterproofing of hundreds of thousands of basements in cities and towns all over the United States.
We believe in the effectiveness of the B-Dry System because it has received recognition from government agencies such as the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and Housing & Urban Development (HUD) as well as from third-party organizations like ICC-ES (the International Code Council Evaluation Service formerly known as Building Officials & Code Administrators). In addition, the system has been featured in publications such as Better Homes & Gardens, Builder Magazine, and Entrepreneur.
However, the greatest evidence of the system’s effectiveness is right here in Massachusetts.
